contact: One free meeting! At the meeting, we
will listen to your wishes and needs, and go through
the site. Hereafter, the architect will inform
you of the possibilities present to obtain a successful
result within the boundaries of current legislation.
The meeting will typically last 1 -1 ½
hours. If the first meeting doesn’t come
to be a project, there will be charged the respective
hours.
Prior to the first meeting… you should have obtained drawings of the existing conditions, current local plan/BBR notice. These documents may be obtained through the technical administration of the local authorities. Furthermore, additional material of interest to the project, e.g. structural survey reports, personal rough drafts, former projects, copy of land registration, encumbrances, etc.
Our remuneration for the project will be tallied up and fall due the 1st of every month until the project is completed.
